I like any Camp Chef product that lets us spend quality time with family while we prepare a meal. Camp Chef lets us slow down and remember what’s important, family. But I especially like the Explorer two burner gas stove.

My favorite camp Chef is the stove, it is so nice for camping and saves on the clean up in the trailer. I am so glad to see the new piece you have came out with. I have one in another brand that is a great piece, but not as well made as my camp chef pieces.

John,
The anniversary Dutch oven is 6 Quarts. That information is being corrected on the Camp Chef website right now.
Thanks for the heads up.

I have a few Camp Chef Dutch Ovens, a few Camp Chef propane burners, the “EZ Bake Oven”, the Dutch Dome, aprons, hats, pins, etc. But my favorite Camp Chef item just might be my portable Camp Chef propane fire pit. It’s so nice to walk out in the back yard, light up the fire, roast a few hot dogs and heat up water for hot chocolate, then head back inside… all without having to worry about starting a fire or ashes or coals.
I move the fire pit to my front yard in the warmer months and the neighborhood kids come over to roast hot dogs, marshmallows, and tell ghost stories.

I’m just getting familiar with Camp Chef and their products. I have no experience whatsoever with dutch ovens but am trying to learn how to use them and need to invest in a few to have another resource for cooking without electricity- thinking about emergency preparedness and how it would help my family.

I’ve used many dutch ovens over the years, but Camp Chef is definitely the best, you can tell the quality just by looking

If I had to choose 1 product to be my favorite it would be the Pro 90 3-burner stove. We started a new Boy Scout Troop and having that stove helped to keep things moving along at meal time. We didn’t have a lot of money being a new Troop so using that on the campouts to cook up a mess of pancakes, eggs and bacon or keep the pots of coffee and hot chocolate warm while we took an evening hike really helped to free up my time. It made it so easy to tell the kids…yes you can pop some popcorn on my stove. Grreat product!

I love the stove. I use it while making dinner for our church’s girls camp in the summer. It is portable, dependable, and clean up is easy. Actually, I love all the pieces I own (10 total)! I have wonderful memories of using these pieces with my children and family during our lazy summer camping days…wish those days would come back! Those memories span the entire past 20 years! My children aren’t living at home and have taken a dutch oven with them from my stash.

Ever since the days of boy scouting I’ve enjoyed outdoor cooking, espec dutch ovens. My favorite Camp Chef product has to be their stoves, they just don’t get any better. Durable, easy to setup, and dependable.
